Summary: Mob boss Whitey's (Joe Estevez) brother Max wants to return from exile to make peace with his family before he dies from a terminal illness, but Whitey is going to make him pay. It all goes back to an incident decades earlier where Max and his business partner borrowed money from Whitey and couldn't pay it back, leading to an explosive blowout that set the stage for decades of misery for all of the men. They are both looking for redemption, but it is unsure which of them will find it.
